Common questions
What is ZiaMade?
Websites for small businesses, built and kept up by one person in Albuquerque. I work with businesses anywhere: everything happens over text and email, so where you are does not matter. $29 a month plus a one-time $99 setup. No contracts.
What does the plan include?
There is one plan: $99 to set up, then $29 a month. You get your website, hosting, a contact form, and either a domain you already own or a free yourbusiness.ziamade.com address, plus one update a month. Bigger projects, like more pages or custom integrations, are quoted up front before I start.
What counts as an update?
One message with everything you want changed: text, services, your menu, contact info, a holiday banner, even colors. I do it all at once. Redesigns are quoted separately. One update a month is included, and unused ones do not carry over.
Can I make changes myself?
You do not have to. Text me what you want changed and I take care of it.
Is it a template?
No. I look up your business, then write and design the site around your real reviews, photos, and details.
Is the info on my preview right?
It comes from public listings and reviews, so some of it may be off or out of date. Tell me what is wrong and I fix it before anything goes live.
Can I get my preview taken down?
Yes. Use the removal link in the email you got, or text me, and it comes down.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Your site stays live through the end of your billing period, and a domain in your name stays yours.
How does one person do this for $29?
Good tools do the heavy lifting. I check every site and handle every request myself. No junior designer, no offshore team.
Who is behind this?
I'm Alex, a UNM grad living in Albuquerque. I built my uncle's window tinting website as a kid and kept it running for 15 years. That showed me how much a small business needs a simple site it doesn't have to think about.
Your site. Your data. Always.
No cancel fees. No domain hostage. Built on open technology. If you leave, your site goes with you.
