Can I make changes myself?
Yes. Every site comes with a simple editor where you can update text, photos, and contact info yourself. No technical knowledge needed.
What if I want my own domain name?
We can register one for you or connect a domain you already own. Either way, it is included.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Your site stays live through the end of your billing period. If you have a custom domain, it is yours to keep.
Who is Alex?
Alex is a UNM grad living in Albuquerque with his two dogs and fiancee. He works as a product analyst by day. He built his uncle's window tinting website as a kid and spent 15 years maintaining it. That experience showed him how much small businesses need a simple, affordable web presence. ZiaMade is the result.
What happens after I subscribe?
You will receive a confirmation email right away. Within 24 hours, we will send a follow-up with your content editor login and instructions for connecting your domain.
Can you connect my Instagram?
Yes. We can pull your latest Instagram posts directly into your site so it stays fresh without you doing anything.
Is my info secure?
Yes. Your site runs on Cloudflare, one of the largest security networks in the world. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never store your credit card information.
How long does my preview last?
Preview sites are available for 30 days. After that they are automatically removed. If you want yours removed sooner, use the removal link in your approval email or contact us.
Is the preview content accurate?
We pull real information, but some details may be off. Once you sign up, we work with you to make sure everything is right.
